Kiarah's Application Corner collects only the information needed to answer messages, provide college application support, operate student records, and improve the website.
Information KAC collects
Public forms may collect name, email, optional phone number, school context, support needs, newsletter preferences, and spam-protection signals. Student accounts may include profile details, college lists, checklist items, uploaded documents, saved opportunities, meeting notes, and consent records.
Information KAC does not collect
KAC does not ask for Social Security numbers, banking information, Common App passwords, FAFSA credentials, parent financial records, or other prohibited credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, provide student support, maintain records, send requested updates, protect the service, and meet deletion or consent requests.
Sharing
KAC does not sell student information. Success stories are shared only when consent has been recorded for the exact public fields used.
Security and retention
Student records are private by default and protected through authenticated access rules. Records are kept only as long as needed for support, operations, legal compliance, or documented consent history.
Student choices
Students may request correction, document deletion, account deletion, newsletter removal, or removal of success-story consent through the student settings page or by contacting KAC.
